Class Descriptions
Power Yoga integrates core strengthening and alignment princples with a flowing vinyasa yoga practice. Power Yoga can strengthen the core, develop long lean muscles, and increase muscle strength, joint mobility, flexibility and balance. All levels of experience welcome.
